How much is delivery?
Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of your order and the shipping destination, and shipping prices are determined when you check-out. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in north London, except for our limited edition Tree of Codes posters, which are specially packed and shipped direct from our offices.
Where do you ship to?
We ship internationally. If your country doesn’t appear on our shipping options drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do to get our books sent to you. Do be sure you include a phone number for international shipping, that way our couriers can contact you at every step of the journey.
How will I know if my order has been received and is being processed?
You’ll receive an email at every step of the ordering process. We’ll let you know once your order has been received and another email letting you know when it leaves our warehouse.
How long will my books take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days. Delivery to the UK can take up to 2-5 working days once dispatched, international delivery can take 5-10 working days, depending on where in the world you are.
Can I cancel or return my order and get a refund?
Once books have been dispatched you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods in order to get a refund. You then have 14 days to return the books to us, so long as they are undamaged. We will then issue your refund via PayPal within 14 days of receiving the returned book.
What do I do if my book is delivered damaged?
We try to package our books as damage-proof as possible, but in the unhappy circumstance where your book may arrive damaged do let us know within 30 days of delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal because it’s safe and secure.
Can I track my online order?
We ship Royal Mail 1st class without tracking, although we’ll send you an email once your order has been dispatched to give you a better idea of when to expect it.
Do you have a physical shop?
Sadly no, although our books are occasionally stocked in a range of London bookshops such as Foyles, Waterstones and Daunt Books. The best way to buy our books is through our online shop.
Do you have any employment/internship opportunities?
We occasionally take on interns, if you’re interested please drop us an email.
I have an idea I’d love to share with you, how can I do that?
Lovely! Feel free to drop us a note or pop your manuscript in the post. We’ll be honest and say that we’ve never taken on a project through submission but this doesn’t mean the next great idea isn’t right around the corner.
