Author
Liaquat Ahamed is the author of the Pulitzer prize-winning best seller Lords of Finance: The Bankers Who Broke the World , which exposed the personal stories of the bankers at the heart of the 1929 Wall Street Crash. He is on the board of trustees of the prominent US think tanks the Brookings Institution and the New America Foundation. He has been a professional investment manager for 25 years.

Photographer
Eli Reed is an award-winning Magnum photographer and documentary maker, best known for his work in documenting everyday life in war-torn Beirut and US military action in Panama, as well as long-term work with black communities in the US.
Designer
Jeremy Leslie runs magCulture, dividing his time between designing, writing and curating. Recent projects include design direction of progressive online publishing project Aeon , creative direction for Luxembourg publisher Maison Moderne and the curatorship of QVED2014 . He is a passionate advocate for editorial design, regularly contributing to the creative press and international design conferences on the subject.
